Hello every ? Any one familier with thé yield of these gold transistors and how to go about recovering golf from them ?

I can't give you specific numbers but those parts are very good for e scrap, the white part is beryllium so care is needed when removing it to maximise the yield.
 
According to datasheet the "Gold plating thickness: flange & leads: 1.14 ± 0.38 micron [45 ± 15 microinch]".
