In The first one is the board in low centre; the chips there seems cpu but with like an Aluminium case or coating and they are soldered on the board.

I'm asking because I found a board with a couple of this on the surface and I don't know if they are worth somethingh. If this help, it was an old ibm server, on the case there is a number, then ibm 53 and then other numbers.

On the green or white plastic connectors, you will find a seven digit IBM part number.
That part number will help specifically what the board may be and what type of
IBM system, tape drive, terminal, controller, etc. it came out of.

Just un update, I crack opened one of them and they do not seems to have gold bonding wire inside. Am I wrong? should I leave them on the board for the weight?
Thanks
