how i can use AG on iron oxide ore may be contain 100 g of gold per 1 ton .. the normal way doesnt work .
 
Also, what does the assay show? What type of assay? What is the “normal way”?

Time for more coffee.
 
You have roast red your ore , then keep it in hcl in slow heat for a day to remove iron , than speel the solution out , then aqua regia .
 
I am going to assume you mean AR , Aqua Regia , and if so it’s not really a viable method to try and recover your gold from the ore as you are going to need a huge amount of solution to dissolve the gold plus it may well have other elements that could and probably will be highly toxic and poisonous which acids will release as gases, then you have huge amounts of toxic waste solutions to dispose of properly.
