Maybe this question is so ludicrous idk but ... Are the Windings on the armature sometimes gold ??? <see pics>

don`t know about that wire ever being gold plated (doubt it) but that pair of little pins, that the ribbon cable is connected to, are often gold-plated, pain to remove them, though

The "voice coil" is usually made of copper, but in some cases it is made of aluminium wire. :D
Never gold or silver, there are no reason or advantage to use it in this application.

I was test this type of coil is gold wire.Remove them carefully,dissolving in AR and test with stannous chloride.The result is positive for gold.

Wires connecting read/write heads are usually pure gold. Sometimes they are silverish metal, but I have not discovered yet which. Probably PM.
