Dear friends.................
I bought Tin (II) Chloride powder (SnCl2) because i can't find pure Tin in my town,so i was wondering how to make liquid stannous chloride for testing gold ? :idea:
Or can i do what this guy did ?

In Spain you can buy agua forte which is hydrochloric acId so simply add some of your powder to a container and cover with agua forte, if all the powder dissolves add some more as this helps keep your stannous fresh as does keeping it in a sealed container.
