I cant find my gold

This is the first time i try to scrap gold .
I put the gold plated fingers to the Aqua Regia slution and the reaction went right ,
then i added too much urea tothe solution and Sodium Metabisulfite, the solution turned into white colour , so What is wrong here?
what i see now is a white powder in the bottom of the jar instead of gold dust .

please tell me how to fix this.

Gold too low. Mix with plenty of water to dissolve white powder(s) excess.

How many fingers did you put in the Aqua Regia. Processing them that way will also dissolve the copper and nickel plating underneath the gold. Those base metals can create the white powder you are seeing. An easier way is to put them into "AP" (Acid Peroxide) to remove those metals first and leave only the gold foils which then get dissolved in the aqua regia. There are many posts about it and it is in the tutorial section.
Do not throw anything away and you will not lose your gold. Study the forum and you will learn how to get it back and not make it more difficult in the future.
