Greetings!!

I am on the prowl again for some old PC’s with an ISA bus slot in them.

Dell / IBM / Gateway / HP / Gateway small form factor PC’s with an ISA slot

They will be these models and others and look like these in SFF cases:

Dell Optiplex GX1 / GX110
Gateway E3200
HP Vectra
Compaq Deskpro ENS

No hard drives is OK but the drives trays are important to me as I will need to add drives back
in if they are missing. They are normally older Pentium II’s and Pentium III processors and that is fine.
They just need to do a POST and have some kind of memory like 64M or so at least.

PM me what you have and the zipcode so I can estimate shipping.

Looks like the scrappers have eaten up the supply.

One of these days, I'm going to gather up all of my old 486 boxes.

I'm looking at a bunch of old IBM computers tomorrow. I'll get the model number and / or take some pictures for you. They look at least 10-15 years old

Great - let me know.

All the IBM PC's have this format for a model or part #:

6384-F50
6862-xxx

Look for that information on the case. Probably on the
front lower right corner where it will show the S/N. (serial number)
That tells me what I need to know about the PC as they came from
the factory.

Thanks!

So .. they were PS/2, not what you referenced. I was all excited with the reference to 486, but there ain't no 486 in there that I can see.

Regards

The IBM 9557 was used in many stores like Walgreens for POS back in the day.
They are microchannel though. I don't think any of the 95xx PS2's had an ISA slot.
This model had a 486SLC3 processor. I don't remember them having the purple ceramic
CPU's that have a nice gold content. Probably a 486 in a PLCC package.

I want to purchase (10+) old desktop PC’s with an ISA bus slot in them.

Give 'em up you scrap dogs!!

Location and condition do matter. Please PM me or email me and let
me know how many you have, can you do a simple self test, where are
they located and can you snap some pictures. Email the pictures to me
at [email protected] for a fast offer and quick sale!!

Thanks!

I am a buyer for (100) or so PC's with an ISA slot in them.
PM me if you have some for sale of if you can get them.

OK - I am looking for (10) to (1,000) ISA bus PC's. Please look above
in this thread and stop scrapping these PC's!!!! Sell them to me!!

T H A N K S ! ! !

Always a day late or a dollar short.
I had some of the Compaq ENP3 1gig that had slots. The large form factor that I scrapped a month ago...
The small form factor like pictured I've only seen 1gig and up but not for a couple few years...
I do still have an older p2 media unit. has several audio/video inputs.
I'll try n get a pic with specs today.
I'm in Denver, Pa so it'd be alot to ship but we'll see.

BS.
I hate scrapping something only to find out later someone is looking for it...

The small form factor ISA PC's at most weigh 20 pounds each.
If you sell them for 40 cents a pound that is $8.00 all day long.
If you had (70) I could have paid you minimally $1,400.00 for
the lot IF you had turned them on and confirmed that they
worked by at least going into the setup mode.

One day, some lucky forum member will sell me their mother load
and put more than a few extra coins in their pockets! 8)

Do you take singles? I have a p2 300 MHz with 1 isa slot.

I live in Canada I'm not sure what shipping will cost. It boots up into windows 98.

I can remove cd-rom and hdd for shipping if needed. I'm replying on my phone and it won't let me upload pictures from it. If you want I can email the pics to you from my phone.

Cheers! - ian

Well, it seems that shipping from the US to Canada and vice versa
is fairly expensive. Which manufacturer and model did you have?
