No need to pay that high a premium. Check some of the large online sellers like Goldmart.com. At the moment, they're out of stock on them, but you can get on a list to be notified as they come in. Their premiums are currently $1.39 to $2.19 per oz over spot, depending on what you're looking for.
Very few silver coins actually have any collector value higher than their intrinsic (melt) value.
