I am still a buyer for up to (100) USR ISA modems like these:
USR 0460.jpg
USR 0584 56K ISA.jpg

When you are scrapping old PC's - look for these modems inside of them.
Let me know if you find some. Just don't snap off the gold fingers!
Leave them intact please!!!

How did you come across them? Are they pulls from working systems
or is their condition unknown?

Working modems of this sort are $10 each or I can trade some
CPU's, pins or gold bearing stuff for them.

it's been a long time since i had them...from what i can remember i was saving them hoping that in the future i will be able to use them but not for gold recovery...i used to take computer classes at a local community college. that explains why i have these. good thing i haven't cut off the gold fingers.

Just remember two things, they need to be 0460 or 0584's
AND be jumperable for COM and IRQ on the cards.

And I presume since you're being so specific that they need to be working boards?

That would be correct. They do need to have the gold fingers intact though boys and girls. 8)

I am not actively needed any at the moment.

They must have the jumpers on them. If you don't know
what a jumper is PM me. 8)

If you have some that still have their fingers on them,
please PM me.
