Small little project because of boredom and the will to wanna process. The specs are wrote beside the bubbler. The green solution was immediate, 5 mins or so,then I dropped in the lil plated components with the white ceramic caps that was supposed to be heavily plated and they were also the topic of another 1of my threads. The solution went clear and the plating was gone almost immediately. Is this normal?20160925_171001.jpg

That is normal. Look at the red copper on the surface. Your copper has cemented out as there is more reactive metals in the scrap so the copper cements and the copper chloride turns into a zinc chloride and/or tin chloride solution. Of course there could be other chlorides too, but you get the picture.

No copper chloride in solution = the leach slows down a lot.

Solution : Add more copper chloride from an old batch.
