Some do, some have Aluminium wire bonding. They often have little voids in the bottom when you peel them off the board. If you have a microscope you can look 'inside' the voids and sometimes see a bond wire or two.
 
The older the board is the higher probability for gold wires. Modern keyboards is probably all made with aluminium wires just to keep prices down. Keyboards is one of those mass produced things that is extremely hard pressed to keep a low price.

The bond wires are all inside the black blob, break it open and look for white or yellow wires in the plastic. Use a loupe or a microscope to be able to see them.
