I recently purchased a building filled with old telephone equipment. Shelves upon shelves of switch gear, testing equipment, full circuit racks, printed circuit boards, etc. Ive heard that it might be loaded with precious metals. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm with snoman. Old phone gear can be quite rich in precious metals. The right stuff can have relay contacts of solid gold, gold/palladium, or even better for the markets lately solid palladium. Collectors will often pay more than the metals value if it's old enough and the right gear.

Your name wouldn't happen to be in reference to Turnbull Creek in TN would it? I grew up on the Harpeth River and Jones Creek.
