Welcome to the Gold Refining Forum.

There are a few things that prospective readers should know and understand if they expect to be good members of this excellent forum.

You will find that this forum is unlike any other in existence. Here, one can learn to extract and purify gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium, and other valuable metals from various sources.

Among moderators and members alike are educated people and/or those with years of practical experience in the commercial refining field. We all voluntarily provide our knowledge at no cost to readers.

We expect readers to be on their best behavior, to avoid confrontations that take energy away from the topics at hand, and to avoid losing good and valuable members. Therefore, please be advised that the subjects of politics and religion have no place on this forum, and will not be tolerated. Any posts related to those subjects will be deleted, with the individual admonished for violating board policy.

Understand that accessing the forum is a privilege, not a right, and can be denied for failure to adhere to board policy.

Profanity has no place on this forum. We are intelligent individuals that have the ability to converse without the use of offensive language. We are visited by children as well as ladies, so please keep your comments clean. Post as if your mother, daughter or grandchild may read what you say.

Respect the authority of moderators. Like it or not, we are here to assure a smooth running board for our leader, Noxx. This fine young man has entrusted the care of the forum to those of us that have been solicited to moderate. We take our responsibility seriously, and do our best to live up to the standards he represents.

Should you have a problem with a given moderator, feel free to contact other moderators, or administration, for resolution. Please adhere to the requirements of proper behavior in doing so.

There will be zero tolerance for personal attacks on the board. If you are at odds with another, feel free to have a polite debate, but temper your words with wisdom. Post your position, doing so by sticking to the subject at hand. Do not make your comments personal in nature. Flaming is not permitted.

Please do not "double" post the same subject in any forum.

Offering and soliciting precious metals-related services is acceptable provided it is not done in excess. Members who ''spam'' the board will be asked to refrain.
