More money, more money - saudi's throwing more $$ look out pga

As for some of the pics - (and take note Bridgestone or Titleist) - these pictures have different dimple settings - shorter flight capabilities - but more accurate putting corrective properties.

I think Armstrong and Aldren - hit some moon shots with a few of those in the pics

Back in the early '80's when a crucible had finished it's useful life, I busted them up with a sledge hammer and put them in a monster ball mill I had. In the morning, all but the fattest chunks and bottom corners were dust which marginally paid for PM's when shipped with low grade. I crushed up some of these remnants for assay and they had no value so I tossed them into a drum. We used a lot of big crucibles for melts up to 1500 pounds so some of these uncrushed stones were pretty big. They looked remarkably like the photos shown in this thread. In fact it was my first thought as to what they are. All well rounded from the milling and black with a slight sheen on the surface.

I had a good quantity of these sitting on the pallet racks and one day a client saw them and told me he had just bought a bunch of stones just like these from a nursery where they specialized in garden ponds to put around his pond. I gave him a drum full, (not such a bargain as I ended up having to deliver) but I took some to a local garden supply and he eagerly said he would take all I had and paid 50¢ a pound for them. I was happy, he was happy, and every time I had 2 drums full I would send them to him. Boy did they look like your photos!!!!!

Can you do some gravity test . ? How heavy is it . Measurements density .
Yes I was thinking about it. Later in my zone. I need to find appropriate container to do it with, because they are larger than usual. I've done alot of smaller gravity testing, I can say they have PGM weight. Later I will work on that, please check back...

Nuggets ? Or polished sulfidic ore rocks ?
Nuggets. Other members are .processing some now. Not polished, tarnish removed yes. PGMs have iron, chromite, etc. So, they get placed in water/hydrochloric acid for a bath. The reason large sizes is because the faults are quite big.

But then you say

So you have a container big enough to soak them in water/HCl - but not big enough to do a specific gravity test in ???
I can say they have PGM weight
Lead is heavy to - being heavy doesn't make it silver gold or PGMs

Well Lead is 11.3, Silver 10.5, Rh 12.4, Pd 12.1 and the Pt at 22 and IR OS and such at 24.
But that is pure metal, ore is a whole other realm.

Per the bold print - & that is my point

container big enough to "soak" a rock but not big enough for specific gravity test makes no sense --- & even if he did a specific gravity test - it certainly wouldn't validate his claim

And simply being heavy doesn't validate his claim

IMO - snowdog20 is simply trying to sell something on his claim that it is what he claims it to be - but nothing to back up &/or validate that claim

IMO - it smells a lot like this --------

Gold 19.3 .gold ores come in deferent gravity . Calvarite sylvanite .tellurides ores come in high gravity or density meserment . No one identify any rock by looking at pictures it goes with meserment tests .and you never know .I never under astmate any thing .till you test .gravity test

Sorry and if you think you have some thing you send it for approved analyses . That whene you spend money
