The best way to find it is to search on Google for chemical supply spots and start cold calling. Some will even have websites and some won't. And some won't sell to the public. I'm in houston so I can't help you up north but i did the google thing here and it worked. I think a reasonable price is $40-45 for 2.5l. You can get it much much cheaper if you buy a drum. The deposit is massive. Like $200-500 for the drum deposit. But the nitric price will come way down.
