I ran across a great document on the web today while doing some research. As usual I wanted to share it with the forum. I've posted it to the documents section on my web site under the Common Chemicals Link:

Everyone who expects to keep up with the experiments here on the forum should get familiar with this document. It is chock full of tasty goodness for the home experimenter. Who knows you may even learn something useful!

Let me know what you all think of it after you read it thru a few times.

Steve- Great link!

The only time I groaned a little while reading it is where they call Nitrogen "Liquid Air"

Nitrogen is a large component of the air we breathe, but it is by no means "air"

I'd hate to see someone fill a ballon with Nitrogen gas and inhale it thinking they will simply be sucking air. They would probably pass out.

A great list nonetheless.....
