I've finally getting round to dropping heavy metals and lowering the pH of my solutions so I can safely dispose of my various acids.
I've not done much with the acids in a while and am wondering if anyone would have any idea what a yellow sludge would be at the bottom of my solution? I'm not sure if I should just dispose of it or if it may be worth keeping. The original solution would have been either ap or aqua regia but as it was so long ago I'm now unsure. There is a slim possibility I added a copper bar some time ago to cement any PMs but couldn't say for sure now. Any help on the matter appreciated.
