Hello All,
I'm a 46yo Design Engineer and I've always been a more of a Technician at heart, considering my best talent in working with my hands. I first started taking interest in refining after learning about the various uses of some of the chemicals I have wholesale access to as part of my business which is motorized, fluid-filled wave displays for the Decor and Entertainment industries.
I've also been meaning to create a CAD model of and fabricate a gas furnace for copper and aluminum casting, but with the electronics scrap and jewelry that I have, this is more appealing. I'm looking forward to the learning process and tapping into the experience and knowledge you all possess. Does anyone have a recommended thread for a novice? Thanks for having me!
