Josehf LM,

There are several alkali (base) solutions or chemicals that can be used to neutralize acids.
Some stronger and much more reactive.

If you have to ask this question, you really should not have, or try to use the sulfuric acid, you should understand it enough to know how to safely use it, which would include how to safely neutralize it.

Many of these products are sold for a specific use, like the concentrated sulfuric acid drain cleaners, the manufacture assumes you will use it for the intended purpose, like pouring it slowly into your toilet.

This is a very dangerous acid to use if you do not understand it, or understand the safety needed, and understand how to properly use it, what it does chemically with other substances.

I suggest studying to learn everything you can about it before you buy any or try to use it.

Sulfuric acid (especially concentrated) never pour water into this acid, or never pour an liquid solution into the acid to try and neutralize it,or for any other purpose, this acid can violently erupt or boil and splash that acid all over you, dissolving your clothing and skin, burning the skin from your body.

All of these acids and chemicals we use, before using any of them, you should study enough to understand their dangers, the same with using metals and acids (or organics), you need to understand the reactions and dangers involved, many times deadly gases are formed, or other very deadly, or dangerous circumstances can be created with the chemistry involved.

Even spilling these acids in the wrong place could cause a disaster, proper storage and handling is another big safety concern, as well as disposal.

An uneducated person playing with the serious chemistry we do here is a danger to himself and to others around him.

Educate yourself and be safe.
