I think it might be the 2014 version of the 1930th radioactive tooth paste.
We have
all too many easy examples of the 2014 version of using radium in everything - You mention aluminum. Then we have BPA in most soft plastics (including the lining of aluminum cans - You want irony, pick your toxin there!
). PFOA, an industrial dark little secret with a BS "gentleman's agreement" with the government in place to reduce it without any pesky actual regulations) in nonstick pans. And they may call "fluoride deniers" kooks, but you can't deny that whatever effects sodium fluoride may have on teeth, it really
wrecks the rest of the human body (and bonus, it comes from the waste stream of... wait for it... Aluminum processing). We allow arsenic concentrations in water at 100x the level known to cause damage. We use known strong allergens for nothing more important than the
color of snack food (did you know that in the absence of bright orange, people can't even
recognize foods like Cheetos and Doritos as "cheese flavored"? Just salty corn sticks/chips.
And that doesn't even
start to get into the really
toxic things like pesticides.
Basically, we've intentionally made our entire environment, including our food supply, toxic. We can't avoid it even if we
try.
Doesn't mean we shouldn't try, though.
