Another Newbie

Hello members of the Gold Refining Community,

Im Jerry, 32 yrs old and live Boise Id. I work as a Locomotive Electrician here in Boise and enjoy working with electricity much more than previous jobs i have had.

I like to be outdoors as much as possible, another reason why trains and me get along well. I prefer mountins over desert, but there is gold there too so i go only not as much.

My interest in gold refining got started from gold dredging and the pounds and pounds of black sand i end up with. I read in a geological survey that there is gold locked up in the iron and that started my quest.

I have yet to do any refining and am still learning about the basics and looking forward to being on the forum and learning from everyone here.

I joined from what one member said about all learning from each other. That should be a way of life for everything we do as a people.

im looking forward to being involved in this forum.
