Silver mica capacitors. Fairly stable, good for rf design.

Worth far more sold as silver mica capacitors.

....matter fact. Id buy them as such. If you're after money.

If you just want metal. Well, theres very little in them. But that's not tk say it cannot be recovered. Economically though? Probably not
 
There's a little bit of silver in there so if you can get your recovery materials cheaply it might be worth it, although if you can sell them outright it'll more than likely be better. I've heard rumors elsewhere on the forum that they can sometimes have palladium instead of silver but I'm not sure how accurate that is.
