Is there anybody in NH that enjoys refining gold in there free time. I'm looking to learn more about the processes used to refine and recover gold from CPUs computer boards and anything else that might have gold on it. Is there anybody that would help a knowledge hungry person learn more??

If you're serious about learning to extract and refine precious metals, while having someone show you the methods involved is nice, it's not necessary. You can learn everything you need to know to pursue your interest simply by reading the posts on this forum, plus reading Hoke's book. I highly recommend the book be a part of your quest, and early on, so you come to understand testing and refining techniques. Otherwise, everything will remain a mystery to you. Having a basic understanding of the refining procedure will allow you to make good decisions about your attempts at learning, and will insure that you work safely and carefully, not losing the values.
