how to prepare stannous chloride solution from stannous chloride crystal

hi friends,
reading and searching lots of web links I can't find how to prepare stannous chloride test solution from stannous chloride crystal, in most of topic they prepare from tin and HCl, but I think its more easy to prepare from stannous chloride crystal. can you suggest recipe ?
