How Long: just getting started

What do I want to get from this forum: I think that online forums are the best place to learn about new or old hobbies. I like to learn from others mistakes so that i don't make the same ones, and tell about my own mistakes to help out others avoid them. It's a greatplace to share ideas.

How did I learn of this forum: I saw an add on ebay while searching for gold refining items.

Other: I have collected almost 300# of scrap electronics boards and a sizable amount of scrap jewlery, pins, wires and what not that I am looking to start recovering the gold from. I have been looking around online for almost 2 months getting info and a list of supplies I would need . When I came across this forum I was very happy to find that even though it is very new most everyone seems very eager to help and to learn, can't wait to get in on some of the discussions.

Me too I has great difficulty finding information about gold refining. That's why I've created a forum.

I am north of you about 5-6 hours and have a little brother down your way working in the computer design shop that was once HP affiliated.....
