i have a mix of pd and pdo powder--the pd dissolves easyly in nitric or ar.when i dissolved the pd,in the filter stayed a powder which i suspected to be palladium oxide(c.w ammen) or rh powder--How i can dissolve this palladium oxide?the material came from catalyst ,that is why i suspected to be rh,besides pdo.

If it is rhodium I believe hot concentrated sulphuric acid will dissolve it , please be aware that’s one nasty acid, I’d suggest a small test to see if it works but use a good hood .

I think Sodium Sulfate fusion is also possible.

Maybe you should look into Sodium Sulfate fusion?
