I agree with Lou that treating such concentrations unprofessionally is useless. Taking 1 mg as the limit for viewing in my experience copper foil and of course air by stirring may help visually, if there's something above 1mg there it will show by coloring the foil
Well, I have not tried copper cementation yet, but it occurs to me, if copper powder is required as fine as you say, it may be better to obtain it from copper sulfate, and it is applied to mother liquors that have pgm.
