This circuit board is way too cool to refine

Looks like a display board from some kind of Hewlett-Packard equipment? The driver chips are labeled with HP house part numbers.

I feel same for these two, and i still haven't managed to open the silver screws from the first picture. I should get some more, so it will be fine.
Also, i haven't managed to think how to open the pcb stuck on the aluminum plate, it has some more things under.

They are pretty cool but unless you want them to decorate your house or see one just like it sell on eBay I would either refine them or sell them as scrap.

They are pieces of art and history for me, while they aren't really what i had in mind, i didn't even know these kinds exist. I'd have a museum for these things.

I think only need to unscrew the torx screws; you can leave the bolts that have washers and nut on them alone, those pieces are just attached to the plate instead of both the plate and the casting.

The second board you mention looks like it's the one with the high power RF transistors on it. The board is probably stuck to the metal casting portion using some thermal tape or adhesive.
