Thread on large electrolytic cell?

A few months ago I was digging around on the board here and stumbled on a discussion about a very large electro cell a fellow had built using large round graphite plates inside of a 55 gallon drum, along with smaller prototypes. I seem to recall he was using the cell for ore processing. Now I can't find it. Anybody recall the thread?
