US Mint List of Auhorized SELLERS

Could anyone assist me in finding a list of the refineries approved to sell gold to the US Mint? I found a list that had them listed by state and accidentally deleted the tab and now can't find it again for the life of me. All I keep coming across is the US Mints list of authorized purchasers(the dealers they sell their bullion to) which is NOT what I'm looking for. Help would be greatly appreciated.
