Hi,members.
I got a vintage calculator yesterday.The calculator is Sanyo icc-1213 with high quality components.There're three good IC with gold legs and some reed relays.What's the material in the reed relays?Palladium plated?

Nice nixy (pixy) tube circuit, would make a great project for someone wanting to make a nice clock or another project, I would think eBay would hold the most values.

Yes,Butcher.Maybe Ebay is good solution than proceding this kind type of materials for just a little bit precious metal.Unfortunately,I have no ebay account.

....What's the material in the reed relays?Palladium plated?

I have met reed switches with gold and rhodium.

Reed relays have rhodium and platinum i believe and thats a pretty good score if they are Reed relays because of the rhodium. You will never find rhodium that is pure in form. Its always used as an alloy. Rhodium is about $19,000 an ounce last 8 checked
