Yields from gold pins

Does anyone know a good yield expectation from 1lb of computer pins averaging 1/2 inch to 1 1/2 inch. What would be a typical grams of gold per LB of pins range on these?

0.25 - 3 grams per pound depending on age, percentage of surface that is plated, wear, plating thickness, recovery method, etc.

A picture and some history on the scrap may help narrow the range.

Steve the weight for the pins is that for pins removed from heeaders , or does this include the plastic. Thanks
