Firstly welcome to the forum, nice to meet you.
Secondly I am afraid you'll struggle to get people to disclose actual yields on motherboards because those who know the real numbers, usually refine commercially and won't share that data. They've usually invested hundreds of thousands of dollars to learn the numbers.
That given, there are some educated guesses available.
