I see that these are quite old connectors, most likely related to the telephone exchange.
what kind of profitability can you expect?

Yes I have. They are a lottery. You need a friend with an XRF to avoid wasting a lot of time and effort but the payoff is good when you get the right ones.

You've either got Nickel plated contacts, Pd/Ag plated contacts, or Gold contacts. A gun will tell you which you have that are good, and which you should just get rid of.
