It is hard for me to judge from the pictures, but I suspect carbonates and not quartz. Easy to test by pulverizing some to dust and adding ONE drop of muratic (hydrochloric) acid. A fizzing bubbling reaction is indictative of carbonates.
For assaying there are a number of reputable labs. One relatively local to me is American Analytical www.americananalytical.net
Good luck and I hope they come back as ore and not leaverite.

Ok I have a some hydrochloric acid I will do that

Hey how bout if I leave them whole and put it on there how much bubbing would u suspect
 
Hello

Crush those rocks and panned and with a jeweler loupe
if it is 60X
will be better to see microscopic gold
if it have any

look at the concentrate to see if you have metallic gold
