I obtained several EKG and heart monitors yesterday. The circuit boards have silver colored traces. I scratched off the mask and the traces seem hard, not aluminium for sure. Any Ideas what it may be? Also any chance of finding pt group metals in these? I'm in North Fl near Lake City if anyone wants to look at them.

Try posting some photos of the equipment with make & model number. Also the boards with identifying numbers; makes it easier to find more information that way.

Thanks for the replies.

I contacted the authorized repair company for these and they said they did indeed have pt, silver and gold in them. They are circa 1990 machines so they have no refurb value.

I don't process boards for the PM's I just sell them. If anyone is interested in them let me know, I'll send a sample board for testing. I'd rather find someone in N FL or S GA, as these machines are heavy.
