Quite an old textbook, but nice (IMHO) Explains the classical methods in detail.

Thanks I ripped a copy to PDF format it was missing from the offerings - I have become a PDF Convert after I bought a Fujitsu Scannner - it came packaged with a full standard version of Acrobat 8.0 ( What a powerful program -over the bloated free Acrobat reader - I guess that it is bloated because it is stripped down and limited.

Anyway I have found the PDF's easier to work with and to cut & paste to combine new documents by page.

Something's up with the pdf.

Any chance you can fix it? On almost every page it shows page numbers in the middle of paragraphs!
