Anyone have yield values on these small IC chips?

I run all my chips together so I’m at a loss. Is it worth popping these little dudes? I always have being it takes almost no time but I’d love to see if anyone has rough value on them.

They have gold wires, very short but "chunky". My first attempt to recover gold bonding wires was from that kind of IC. Good results

I would check the transistors too. Sometimes they have gold wires.

Thank you sir, I assumed they would have bonding wires though I never really made an attempt at sorting them out and running a batch of just those little dudes.
