You don't buy aqua regia.
You should do some reading. Hoke's book would be a good start.

As far as I know you can't buy pre-made Aqua Regia. Before you even take the leap into using this stuff or refine something you value, I would really urge you to research every little thing you plan on doing. You run the risk of losing your processing material, and hurting yourself. Granted, this is a forum where we talk about refining and the use of strong chemicals... . Still, it's like someone walking in and asking for a case of dynamite to clear an ant mound.
If you're new to this, read HOKE. It's free on this site! How amazing is that? I can assure you, after reading just half of that book you'll put the AR away. Read the whole thing!! Between that book and all the information here, you should be able to find a safer way to do what you want to do. IF you've already read HOKE, and researched this site without luck... then I would go back and do it again because you have missed a few things. AR is really dangerous stuff. It's not hard to make, but it can ruin your day. That day being your last.
It would be hypocritical of me to harp on you for bringing this up. My first attempt at this "hobby" almost ended up being my last. I stopped everything that day. Put the chemicals aside and READ. Start small.. get some test tubes and run through some experiments as you read the book. You'll gain a better understanding of what is going on. This isn't like making a cake. It's like Refining precious metals. You get my drift? Read, keep on collecting material, learn what's worth processing and what to sell or practice on. For the time being, my advice would be to put AR on the back burner. Read Hoke. In addition, go to Lazersteves member page, and look at all his information.
This probably isn't what you want to hear, but I think most here would have said some of the same things. Seriously, if you don't know what AR is, you have no business using it. Take your time and really learn this stuff. There's always a variable you didn't account for, but when you have a foundation ... that's when this forum becomes invaluable. Everyone here enjoys seeing someone's first product. Well, a good product that indicates understanding and competence. I wish to reference exhibit "NOOB NUG". There are no short, and you need to buckle down. , you're investing in yourself by taking your time. By all means, if you want to put your life at risk and end up with a crappy product... just look at my first NOOB NUG. You too can achieve embarrassing results... it's too easy.. just ignore everything I've said:) I hope you find everything you're looking for on this site. If I can help with anything let me know. I'm new at this too, and I really hope you don't trip yourself up like I did.
