I’m new to the aqua Regis process, I want to know what % shouldn’t he chemicals be? 30% nitric acid concentration and 70% hydrochloric acid is what I was looking at.
What do you guys normally use?

Usually those percentages are reversed. Concentrated hydrochloric acid is usually around 30 to 32%. Concentrated nitric acid is usually around 68 to 70%. Anything close to those will work.

As Dave say, but DO NOT pre mix it.
Add HCl until what you need to dissolve are covered and then add Nitric slowly and in increments until all is dissolved.
Usually heated to hot but not boiling.

So it’s reagent 70% nitric acid? Is that the correct thing to buy?

You don't need reagent grade. Technical grade will do just fine.
