Hello there. I have 45 bga chips. I burned the chips and ground them in the machine. Then I washed it thoroughly. I added 140 ml of hcl and 3 ml of hno3 to the washed parts, heated them for 5 minutes and waited. Do you think 3 ml of hno3 is enough for aqua regia

No. There will be much more copper than there will be gold by weight. Add three more while the solution is warm. Stir and watch for a reaction. If it reacts, wait for the reaction to stop. Repeat until get no reaction when adding more.
