No,
You are better off selling it whole so the buyer knows what it is.
They will usually buy it at the lowest possible price if they can't
be sure by buying it loose.
They will have no way of knowing if it is from a high grade or
aftermarket cat.

Jim is correct, in my opinion,
Leave them as is and sell them or be prepared to get super-involved with the recovery of the pgm's.
