Hello,
I came across few dozens of these boards. Are they worth anything?
There is an eBay seller advertising them for $10 each, but I guess this doesn't mean anything.

Depending if you have them or you are buying them.
If you have them already, you can obviously sell them on Ebay.
I doubt there are enough value to warrant processing them comparing to selling them.
You need some 0.15 - 0.20 gram per unit to break even at 10 dollar a piece.

They may have collector value which would be more value then scrap value - but collector market is a limited market (harder to find buyers)

Scrap value - the pins are clearly the heavy 3 grams per pound pins (instead of the normal 1.5 grams per pound)

It takes A LOT of pins to make a pound

The IC chips are low grade (bonding wires) chips - about 0.2 - 0.25 grams per pound plus (looks like) gold plating on the chip legs

It takes A LOT of chips to make a pound

The capacitor "looks like" a silver/tantalum capacitor --- IF it is the outside canister is (may be) silver with a tantalum pellet inside

Are they worth $10 per board ?

Find out by stripping the pins off one board - weigh them & calculate per pound value --- strip the IC chips weigh & calculate per pound value --- test the capacitor outer canister for silver - if it is consider it a bonus

Then consider your time & chems to process - that will tell you if they are worth it or not

That's not a silver tantalum, just one of those aluminum ones that looks like one and gets you excited.
