As most of you know if you read my post in the General chat, I have about 400-500 lbs of boards that I am going to sell. They are 70-90s vintage, as best I can tell and vary in size and shape, but all still have the fingers attahced and all have various other parts that are gold, including some pins and plated dip switch parts and some screws.

Here is a few sample pics:

Some of the boards are completely covered in gold under that pretty green paint!

Wow! Looks great. Am i right that there is at least 50-60 mg of gold per board?
Are there some PM's in white and brown capacitors on the first photo?

SapunovDmitry,

zdravstvuyte!

I have no idea what's in there! I found gold plated flakes under the dip switches and the screws in the gray (whie) capacitors look plated. When I did my eperimental run (I am a total newbie at this) I included some of the parts and the screws released the gold color and went copper color after AP bath. I just did the fingers and some of the various pieces too see what I could get and found lots of mash. However, as I said, this is my first time ever doing this and I lost a lot of gold as well, I am sure, as my abilities were so new and a little unsure. Even the little connectors are gold plated on some of the boards and I didn't even do ANY of the pins.

Note: not all the boards have as much as what's pictured, but some are totally covered under the resin that cover the connections. I wish I was smart enough to do this all myself, but I am afraid I would not get as much of the gold as someone with more experience.

Spasiba. Do svidaniya!
