any mild/weak fertilizer will do 10-10-10. Just a little (less than you think you should use) , keep lightly damp - no more - give it a couple months. Summer is good time - outside and in shade.
Start a second batch at same time - no fertilizer. That will give you a 'standard' to watch and judge/compare/verify progress.
