As with the majority of the CPU scrap on ebay, it's selling for too much! There is no room for any profit, you will loose money if you pay the requested prices.

Don't do it. I have bought enough of this ebay stuff to know that the only good that can come from it is that you would something to practice with. You will not make any money with it, and more than likely won't break even. The best price is free. Go to businesses and hand out cards, visit garage sales, talk to estate sale liquidators and see if you can haul for free their ewaste stuff. This boots on the ground approach takes time but it will pay off eventually. I have brought home from garage sales karat rings I bought for 50 cents (3.5 gram button when refined). Moral of this story- Forget ebay and get out there and knock on some doors. Works great for me.
