electrical panel connection

ok I have a couple allen keyed threaded metal disk shaped points that came out of old electrical panel out of an old feed mill locally. neither of these are magnetic and don't appear to be steel or aluminum. not to mention are way to heavy for aluminum. any idea what they could be?
