Does anyone have a diagram or a working plan how to make electrowinning for recovering gold from soduim thiosulphate?

No problem. While you're waiting for someone to respond, you can read some of the threads in this section or try the search function. I'm not sure if you'll find a lot on thiosulfate specifically, but the more you learn, the better prepared you'll be.
