i am a electronic recycler,and anyone can help me on the gold refining plant sert up???

Try finding info on Montreal east copper refining plant or some other companies of this size (Cause when you refine you don't want to loose copper and nickel).
Large refining plant has four main operations.
1.Melting the initial "ore"(be it a shredded computer or something that goes from copper mine).
2.Electrolysis of the copper,nickel and PM's.
3.Plastics burning set.
4.Dore metal refining.
I say it from my own experience cause my dad many times took me with him when he had to visit Krasnoyarsk plant or Yekaterinburg and Kishtim copper refining plants in Ural mountains.That is what i've seen.
But of course you have to choose raw materials and concentrations of PM's. And the setup will strongly depend on it.
