Long story short I bought a ladies late husbands stash of “recovered” parts, pieces, kiln, silver coins, etc. this stuff is what I’ve had in boxes for several years and finally though I’d get it out and mess with it all.

So I’m trying to figure out whether to refine it or sell it.

Can the same process be used on all this stuff in the same batch? Does it all have a different process depending on steel content, etc.

I’ve watched several videos and will continue to learn before I even buy the supplies, but this is why I’m asking. I didn’t buy this stuff for this purpose. Just always been interested just never taken the time to dial it in.

Some of the chips in the pictures probably have collectors value way above the gold value so so some research on their potential before doing any damage to them, the legs and pins need to be intact and preferably in un damaged.
The rest of your pile will take several different processes to recover the values before you can refine the gold, if you do not intend to pursue this in the future you may do better to list all the other scrap on eBay for gold recovery or ask for offers on here with weights and good photos.
